I've been feeling sad lately and randomly. I have dealt with depression in the past.
So, what do you do to make yourselves feel better? Eat? Make a phone call? Go for a walk? Sex/masturbate? What?

to release his endorphin level and to naturally combat that depression...And maybe he could fall in deep slumber and feel rejuvenated so that when he wake up, it'll make him realize 'It's a wonderful world' after all. And that will make him (mranonymousjoe) to also wanna do this
