Appreciate the input, everyone. Thank you!

One thing you can bank on me NOT doing is leaning on a smoke or alcohol because I don't drink or smoke. It's just not my thing.

I love sports, so I could try more sports when I'm feeling the proverbial 'blues.'

    Again, thanks.

You are obviously treating your body with the most appropriate response to the blues, Jen!

Sex is well known as an aerobic exercise that benefits the heart and circulatory system and leads also to the release from the brain, of those prized endorphins that are so conducive to our well being!

I maintain that sex is a real sport, one of the best there is for individual participation, particularly when no partner is available to play with, though occasionally sex is also practiced as a team sport.

In a really tough situation though, I sometimes prefer personally to combine sex with Diet Pepsi, but I never drink the Pepsi straight. It must first be diluted with a little Barbados Rum!

Exactly, I have to cum once every 3 days in order to stay happier or i get really down, although i am pushing it to the limit at 3 days but i must, then every 9 days i get some hot 69 lust with my service female, also to keep from feeling sad i play videogames like 6 or 8 hours a day, play cds here and there, watch a 30 minute episode on dvd during lunch(Flintstones,Munsters, addams family, all in the family(with Archie Bunker),incredible hulk, etc), watch half of a dvd movie during supper(other half of movie the next supper), and visit my parents house for lunch or supper 3 times per week.....dont really go out much. Why not consider taking some time and go down to a place like a food bank or soup kitchen or something like that and do a days work helping out. Takes your mind ofd your problems or at the very least puts them in proper perspective all while at the same time helping people who really have something to be depressed about resolve their biggest problem (hunger). It will cheer you up inside, guaranteed.

Worrying about your problems only stops at death, in the meantime it robs us of life to worry. Live in the now as this is the only time you have control over in your life, forget the past it is just that past and unchangeable, don't try to predict or control the future, it hasn't happened yet and remains undefined.

I always feel like crap when i cry because that's when painful thoughts, memories or ideas can really rip me up inside. However, i usually feel pretty good and refreshed after a long crying session. A weight is lifted.

                  Babe,
                  xoxo
This is definitely true and always, always worked for me, made my sorrows greatly alleviated. It's crazy to think that by watching a tearjerker movie when you're already sad and to wallow in tears will make you feel good after, but it does! and Babe here is right. The last movie that made me cried a lot are the films ' The Notebook' and 'Away from her' (directed by Sarah Poley) both a story about people with Alzheimer's disease. I took care of my Father who also had this affliction, so this two movies made me cried a bucketful.

(geez!, now where's my favorite porn movie)

I would have never thought this post could have come from you. But, you hit the nail with this one. I love a man or anybody who think like this.

I'm not implying something sinister about you
It was just based on some post I read from you.
So it's nothing personal, just what I am not used to from you and nothing more.

Sometimes, we made judgement of people by what we've read from their messages and it sends signals about the person character, I know it's not correct, but somehow although this is just for cyberworld, can't help it sometimes . But after this post, I've changed my impressions of who you are, seriously. And good thought is what I'm thinking about you now, also seriously.

                      Have a good week!

Didn't take it as a negative, just made me wonder is all. Besides nothing negative in giving someone something for nothing that in the end helps them. It costs nothing but your time out from your own life to help others and it lives inside you for the rest of your life.

I simply remember my favorite things, and then I don't feel so bad. You know, raindrops on roses and such

Meditation is an excellent way to combat depression. Cognitive behavioural therapy is a technique of using meditation to stop your mind from fixating on stressful situations.
Google CBT and ignore (or perhaps join in with, whatever makes you happy) the S&M community which uses the same acronym for cock and ball torture.
