Do you want a sex change just to be with lesbian females? After the surgery what are the risks when it cums to sexual pleasures to orgasms after you are fully healed? Will you sexually function less compared to when you had a penis and have less orgasms per week or month? If so, instead of having the surgery, how about finding another shemale, you will be a lesbian that way and may function more per week or month. Hope you dont mind my opinion.

thanks everyone for wishing me a speedy and awsome recovery and for the well wishes I reli apreiate it ,., I cant blieve my surgery is tomorow, I am reli nervous and even more excited,., I have to be at the clinic at 11 am, I reli hope I am able to get some sleep tonight ( I never sleep well when i am nervous or excited and today i am both lolzz)

surgery went excelent I had no pain or nausea at all like I am not even taking any pain meds my nose is swolen but it looks tiny and reli cute too and my breasts look amazing like it barly looks like I even had them done and they are a nice large Ds they look 100% natural,.,. I deff recomend my surgon Dr Lista to everyone he is amazing and an artist

day 3 post opp feling great,.,., face still super swolen and brused but my nose looks awsome,.,, my chest is reli tight but my breasts still look good but they are brused on the sides,,. my incisions are healing well and I dont need to ware any gauze anymore just my splint for my nose and my binder above my breasts definatly watching enough movies for a whiole year lolzz
