Good luck with that. If it happened at work you probably wouldn't be able to sue her civily because the employer is supposed to protect against that. If you tried to sue your employer you'd be drawn into a expensive legal battle that would probably last years. You'd pay 50x more in legal fees than you would get in a settlement.
Looking for personal gain over someone for something like that just rubs me the wrong way. Give the person at least a warning shot before you blow her professional life out of the water.

you should tell her you will sue unless she comes to a setelment to avoid court, like to go on a date but she has to pay,., and the restraunt has to be expensive lolzz
