Is it possible for a guy to get screwed in his butt and he doesn't feel pain?

OMG....That is so funny. I had a client yesterday and it was his first time. He took it like a champion, to the point where I could not believe it was his first time. I have a 9" cock, so when a virgin comes to see me, it can be a challenge. This guy took it all the way and within a few minutes I was going at a good pace. I would have to agree with the above. Guys that come to see us, have experimented a little (or a lot) before finally meeting us.
Also, here's a little heads up. Most bottoms do not like to be rushed. So to be sure that a top takes their time, some bottoms will say it's their first time.

Hmm.

Buy a real lube, it's water based.
You invite infections with vaseline.
Put vaseline on your hand, and then put your hand in feathers or dirt and then run your hand under water to try to remove the stuff on your hands.
Water runs right over vaseline. Imagine inside your rectum?
Use your saliva, at least.
Be careful, you might end up with a colon infection one day if you keep using vaseline.
Babe,

I THINK THERES a water based vaseline

I seriously doubt though that vaseline itself may be reponsible for infections on it's own though. It has been used for ages in most common ointments, even those used to treat infections including antibiotic ointments. [If you have any ointments around the house check the ingredient list for petroleum jelly, AKA vaseline].
So, yes an infection is still very likely with vaseline lubricant with condom use, because right in the middle of the event your protection may disintegrate, leaving you BB'ing it!
Vaseline is just a more highly refined version of the greases that are used to lube your car.
