Most people in Montreal can speak English with no difficulty - Montreal is a very bilingual place. But in Toronto you're more or less guaranteed to find an English speaker.

I would imagine that rates for Tgirls are cheaper in Montreal than in Toronto. (Rates for GGs are much lower in Montreal.)
