Those cities have the benefit of being the big convention centres in the US and as a result attract the best available talent. In the US you also have 10 times the population to draw from and probably 10 times the number of hot shemales.

Toronto is the convention centre for Canada and arguably has the best talent (with the small possible exception of Montreal) in Canada.

Sportsboy just strikes me as a "grass is always greener..." kind of guy. There's always something better out ther for him.

Hey DM, a piece of advice when visiting other cities. Always include a photo of yourself and mention in the e-mail of when you expect to land and depart, which hotel you might be staying in. Also, include the best times you are available for your rendevouz with them and see if they can accomodate.
As opposed to just e-mailing the gals and ask if they are top or bottom and how much? They get dozens of e-mails a day like this.
I always get responses from the girls, as a matter of fact, I just came back from a trip and all the arrangements I had made prior on embarking on my trip was worth it.
