Sylvia's Address?

So start sending her those letters!SINcerely, Lora-Lana

Btw, didn't she do a hot gangbang scene near a pool? It is older than California State Prison, Solano, the other state prison in Vacaville.
Amara Vadillo, aka Sylvia Boots, a pre-operative male-to-female transsexual, was admitted to Vacaville's medical facility on August 30, 2004. Having lost an appeal on her murder conviction in 2007, Vadillo is serving her sentence of 45 years to life for the murder of fellow male-to-female transsexual Laura (aka Crystal) Banuelos on August 18, 2002, outside a nightclub in West Hollywood, CA

She did like a gangbang scene with 50 guys or so one time.

From what I've read about the night of the shooting at the club Sylvia was mighty jealous and had the gun but only intended to use it as if to say " See this? I'm not afraid to use it." with no intent on firing it. From the articles i read and at the time of the radio broadcast I heard something went awry (maybe a tussle) and the gun unintentionally was shot and instantly killed the girl.
The other story I heard was someone else had the gun and there was a huge fight outside of the club and the girl was intentionally shot but everyone pointed the finger at Sylvia because of the rivalry she had with the other woman.
The judge apparently had little compassion for Sylvia
What i'd like to know is that if there were so many witnesses how is it that there were so many diverse stories about this. Normally when something like this happens the accounts people make are genrally the same but in hearing that Sylvia did it and that she didn't do it and all that has to make you wonder.
Any new news about the sentenced being reduced let alone an appeal or bail or anything like that?
Itd be interesting to see what Sylvia looks like now.

On March 17, 2003 AmaraVadillo
(Sylvia Boots) and Tanya Amadore encountered each other in the ladies room at the Yukon Mining Co restaurant. Insults, hair pulling and punches started and were continued in the parking lot, and friends of both women joined in. It escalated to the point where Amara pulled out her gun. Tanya tried to take it away from her. It went off and Tanya's hand was seared with gunpowder burns. A few minutes later it was apparent that one of Tanya's friends, Laura Banuelos, was dying of a gun wound. Amara was arrested.
So....here were the original charges: Murder in the first degree, Murder in the second degree, Voluntary Manslaughter, Involuntary Manslaughter and an Armed Allegation charge.
The gun was hers (as she carried it at all times) her defense argued in vain to lower the charge to manslaughter from murder but because it was her weapon they can prove intent. So she pulled it out and killed someone. No one else pulled out gun...only she did. She took it to the next level, escalated the situation and caused the death by bringing a gun into the equation. Would the girl have died if she had not pulled out a gun? Probably not.
Lastly, Ms. Boots and Ms. Amadore called each other "faggot". They used this to prove An indication of their lack of self-consciousness.
Did they make an example of her? Yes. 45 years is more then mafia killers get. Myself, like the judge have no compassion for her. Let her rot. The Government seems to feel the same way. An appeal of Amara's sentence in October 2007 was denied.Last edited by Shyla Wild; 06-03-2012, 06:47 PM.Shyla Wild

The reason I left it out was because it really does not matter...does it? She chose to carry a firearm. She chose to take it out. And it was in her hands when it killed someone. Whatever reason she wants to use the justify what happened does not make it right. She killed someone. She chose to carry a weapon. Self defense states you can use EQUAL or LESSER force to defend yourself. But this was not self defense case as she was the one escalating the force. Carrying a weapon meant a Murder charge could be laid instead of Manslaughter. The fact these two had history just adds to the murder charge and gives motive.
I quoted what I quoted because that is what happened the night Sylvia Boots killed another girl. Whatever happened before that day doesn't not change or justify any of her actions. Every tranny has drama in her life, doesn't mean we shoot people or carry guns.Shyla Wild

I heard the victim was shot twice, once in the face once in the chest, i do not think it was accidental in anyway.
One wound might be accident, but 2 is murder.
I think the tussle was in the washroom inside.
Regardless, if you pull out a gun over a stupid fight over a guy, you deserve whatever you get!

every tranny has drama in her life: ok, thats true.
does every tranny get shot in the head, and then get advised by the police to carry a gun in order to protect herself? i mean look at the facts:
After being attacked by three of Tanya's friends outside a nightclub, Amara filed a criminal complaint with the police.
In August 2002, Amara dated Jorge Espinoza without knowing that he was Tanya's boyfriend. After sex he brutally beat her and stole her car.
Again she filed a police complaint.
Three weeks later Jorge returned and shot her in the head.
Miraculously Amara survived and still has the bullet in her head.
She filed a third police complaint and was unofficially advised to carry a gun for self-defense.
given all that it seems silly to say it "really does not matter" what the circumstances were. i think it matters a great deal, and it is very likely that the trauma of having been shot had something to do with what eventually happened that night.
in any event, 45 years is an extraordinarily harsh sentence, and--given the circumstances--the refusal to hear an appeal in nothing other than transprejudice.
Transprejudice?? Laughable at best. She Fired 2 shots, burnt 1 girl twice and killed another. The courts did not want trannies thinking they could carry guns and taking matters into their own hands, like Ms. Boots did. A message was sent, and they threw away the key.
I stated the facts of that night. What happened between her and Mr.Espinoza has zero meaning to the case. Hence why the courts refused appeal. What was the outcome of that case? Was Mr. Espinoza charged? He beat her up and stole her car? Was he ever charged for anything?
As for being judgemental, I did not judge her. A trail did that for me. I happen to agree with them and defend the ruling in the case. I commented on the facts of the case. Whatever was going on in her head at the time is heresay at best.Last edited by Shyla Wild; 06-04-2012, 09:42 AM.Shyla Wild

Only Boots knows the truth- Silvia produced a gun.

If you are stupid enough to produce a gun at a fight outside a bar,
you should be responsible for whatever happens with that gun.

No reduction...zero. Once again, let her rot. My views have not softened nor have they changed.
Where is the NRA now? This is their reasoning that got us here. Why are they not defending someone that used their logic? Sylvia Boots should sue the NRA.
