Natural vs Cosmetic Surgery

Anyone can answer of course but this one is for the girls.
I can't help but notice how many TS women have work done on their faces and have chosen to get implants. I was hoping to learn a bit about the motivation to do this. Is it primarily a business decision (and if so, has it helped?) or is it mostly to create the look YOU want?

I can understand the implants (or padded bras)for increased "passable-ness", but personally I find Tgirls with natural noses and no breasts every bit as beautiful as those who have had work done. Sometimes more so. But that's me.

I think all tgirls are ultimately looking to be 100% passable. It makes life a little easier and reduces the number of people that look at you with disdain when you're out and about..

Personally I'm not 100% passable, it doesn't stop me from going out and doing stuff in public at what ever hour of the day. I get some dirty looks here and there and as I get more and more passable this happens less and less..

In the next 2 years I'll have my boobs done and get a face lift and loose the Adams apple. I'm doing the facial stuff mainly to look younger more than anything, not going for the facial implants or any bone reduction stuff tho cuz I'm pretty sure I don't need it..

I was 100% passable before I decided to get implants. After I did my first shoot I started getting serious about doing porn as a part-time job. As I was looking around at all of the popular and successful models the vast majority of them all have implants. It for this reason that I got mine.

Not only did it help my career but people in general treat me a whole lot better than before. With the higher level of ego stroking on a daily basis it does elevate ones self-esteem and thus improve life as a whole. I was always against having cosmetic surgery but I am so glad that I did.

Its also a hugee confidence boost and Ilovee all the compliments they definatly are wayy beter then dirty looks and they totaly brighten up my day,.,.,. buisness wise i also got my surgeries done s0o0 I am more phoptogenic and more confident in my shoots and 110% pasable and can get a mainstream bartending or serving job,., there is nothing worse than going into work and having everyone who works their talking behind your back or asking stupid questions all day that are wayy to personal for a co worker to be asking

I do surgery for myself - it's a self-confidence and also to look better of course. I think it's ultimately up to the person who is doing the surgery. But I'm def pro-plastic .... in moderation of course, you see some girls who go a bit too crazy and look a bit to fake. But to each their own.

I *really* lucked out with my biology. I'm highly passable, have only minor masculinization (no adam's apple, small size etc) and have had great breast development. At puberty I was just under a b-cup and with the addition of HRT I've gone way beyond that. I'm larger in my bust than most of my non-trans female friends.

Yet from working cam and now exploring going further into adult entertainment, I definitely feel the pressure you describe. Although the natural look works well for me, there's a part of me that questions whether I really should be considering implants. A part of me considers that fucked up and another part is like I should.

To Wendy Summers: Natural breasts are much superior to implants. With what you have, I personally see no need to get implants and when you consider the downside (cost, pain, hardness and possibly medical problems) why bother. Just MHO.

I agree with your opinion about Wendy. I generally disagree overall. Most transsexuals in porn don't have developed breast or barely have any breast.

Wendy what is your current natural size. If you at least a natural C then you are good to go. I wouldn't say you need implants. I have not see one Transsexual in porn with natural tits that are bigger than a B, some girls lie that they are a B when they are actually an A.
