Molluscum is the very least of your worries. Molluscum is a skin condition most freqently found on babies faces etc. BUT is grouped with sexual diseases because it may appear in the pubic or anal areas, where even a condom does not offer protection as long as there is any skin-skin contact e.g. above the condom. Incidentally Molluscum is a self limiting disease, which means it will generally clear up on its own. It is not found inside the mouth.

What should be your real concern are STI's like Herpes, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis etc which can flourish IN the mouth.
