the list would be of names and numbers for guys that are no shows, time wasters, wankers, bad dates and otherwise idiots..

It would be a simple searchable index of names and numbers. To add a person to the list you would have to call me (from your unblocked work number) so that I can verify your identity and then you can add them by email..

The idea is to create a simple index (web page) where you enter the phone number and it searches to see if anyone reported it.

I'm thinking this should be a public list as it would deter idiots from wasting our time..

(b) A person commits an offense if the person sends an electronic mail, instant message, text message, or similar communication that references a name, domain address, phone number, or other item of identifying information belonging to any person:

Then of course theres a fantastically huge document put forth by the CRTC regarding this behavior. In a basic sense any webpage/site that posts up any info of another i.e. cell phone - home phone without the knowledge or consent of the other party/parties can and would likely be immediately shut down and the person(s) who hosted the webpage/site and its creator(s) would be fined, see jail time or both.

No offense, and I am not trying to start a fight but this is really not a workable idea.
It is a good idea that many have had before, just not realistic.

Given the chance you will eventually have every client available anywhere in your list for some reason or another.
The are cheap, smell bad, bad breath, red hair, no hair, fat, hairy, green etc. etc.
An asshole to one girl, is the world's best client to another girl.

So you are going to avoid a whole list of clients that others have said are no good?
Different people respond differently, one escorts experience really has nothing to do with anothers.

You are only going to get one sided accounts and blacklist perfectly good clients for no real reason other than on person had a bad or different experience.
A time waster is different to every single person.
To many phoning and not booking is a time waster, this is not the case.
A wanker to one is a cool dude to another.
No shows are part of every business, if you expect a 100% turn out rate you are not sane.
Why should escorting be better than every other business, why should your sales rate be 100%? No one else's is.

To me the time you put into this, I would recommend you put into something for yourself.
In the end you will waste time on a tool that girls will ulitimately use for revenge and hurt, more that it's intended purpose.

In short keep your own list for yourself, share it with your close friends.
To me you should really only be sharing the really violent or really bad dates, and then you should be phoning the police anyway.

Clouding it with alot of useless stuff that is not applicable in every case, is not helpful.
All you are doing here is reducing your customer base and possibly slandering people and sharing their confidential information.
Part of an escorts fee is for confidentiality, so as long as you are not hurt or badly robbbed, you should be keeping session details confidential.
It's not like you are get paid minimum wage here.

That is of course if the list is in Canada and subject to Canadian law..

Further the charter allows an individual to state publicly what another party has stated to them unless specifically prohibited by the first party.. Further an individual can state such information (which is simply information and not derogatory or inflammatory) to be put forward without prejudice..

Again this only applies to Canadian laws..

I know of several similar list for female SP's and they do help to eliminate idiots..

Of course it could be some one anonymous that creates such a "public" web page on a server somewhere in the Netherlands.. This could be the bad date shit list for guys that are "bad dates" and hurt girls.. it would be pretty safe for the author.. lol..

The list and form to add someone could also include the categories of; time waster, wanker, no show, bad date, endless caller etc.. This way there would be a reason that corresponds to the number in the list and the SP can then use discretion and caution when dealing with people calling from a particular number..

2) Don't say it'll never happen, I know other girls that have lists too..

I was looking at the public database for vancouver bad dates (for female sp's) and it's pretty extensive. it includes phone numbers, names (no last names), vehicle makes and models, plate numbers and notes on bad dates..

I agree with Lisa 100%...my only other comment would be, if a list of "Bad" clients starts ups with phone numbers etc...it may run the risk of losing good clients as well, we all SP and clients like our privacy and to jeopardize that might not be worth it to some, so they may stay away all together. Unfortunately as a SP, in any proffession we all have to put up with tire kickers...

I have my own business, I constantly get customers saying they'll be "right back" and "definitely want to buy one" then I never see them again. It's just part of business, it's just the way people are, it's just the way they shop. I never lose any sleep over it, I know there will be a customer along any minute to take their place.

The CRTC bit I mentioned pertains to Canada only.

The other bit I mentioned about online harassment were general statements. You would see this terminology used both in the USA and Canada.

I've been involved and have many years experience in the communications sector so I have seen whats gone down on and offline. In the end the large majority ( I'm not saying ALL just large) of any kind of action pertaining to this or otherwise does get handled swiftly by the governing bodies.

As an SP you run a risk thats true but then again so do those who see SP's. Sure an SP is very susceptible to running into a nervous person as an example and perhaps have some violent encounter but turn that around and look at it through the eyes of the visitor. There's also a chance that the SP he sees could for some unknown reason have a mood shift and go postal without warning. I'm sure its happened as well but it's hardly discussed.
