Okay, I am flying to Ottawa in a couple days to say goodbye.
I will be in Ottawa for 4-5 days, then Im gonig to Montreal for 2-3 days, then I will be off to Winnipeg and starting my out west tour.

Hope everyone understands about my postponment, if you dont understand and dont have the compassion in your soul then please refrain from calling me. This is a hard time in my life, and I want to keep the less painful as possible.

This thread keep me thinking for few days. I'm the kind of person who want to live hundreds of years if possible, life is so exciting.

My uncle died because of cardiac arrest when he was 34 yo. So, unfortunately it is part of my family gene. His death made me promise to take care of my health especially my heart and cardiac related matters.

Healthy life style is indeed the key of longevity.
No drugs, daily physical exercises and eating less fatty food are proven to reduce the risk or cardiac arrest.

O well... at least, she is in the better place now.
