People are ridiculous with their phones.
Everyone is driving and texting regardless of laws.

The other thing that pisses me off is people don't pay attention to where they are walking anymore.
Every day downtown and in malls I have to avoid people that are walking around paying absolutely no attention to where they are going. They are walking around blindly looking at their phones and texting.
I actually saw a girl one inch from walking in front of a car because texting was more important than her life apparently.

Why should I have to always watch out for them, I am at the point where I am just going to start letting them run into me.
I know they will get mad at me for not watching where they are going.
I am also tempted to just run into people with my car when they do this, it won't be my fault.

The next time I miss a left turn on a yellow light because some lady is blabbing on her phone and not paying attention to the lights, I will probably ram them. I am just tired of it, there is no reason for it.

People think they are saving time by muli-tasking.
The experts say you are not.

Expert say that most time when you are multi-tasking you are doing all tasks slower.
You may think you are saving time but you are not.
You are driving slower, walking slower, eating slower or whatever you are doing.
The most effecient thing to do is do one task at a time and do it well.

All you are doing is ignoring friends, collegues and your own safety.

The only time texting makes sense is when you have spare time waiting somewhere.
Then checking your mail and texting is effiecient.

Otherwise you are just wasting your own time and pissing people off.

Your absolutely right crag,i never text while walking but happened to the 1st time a few weeks ago..and.what did i do ..had a close call as i walked across a red oblivious to everything ,so that will be the 1st and last time for me,definitely not a good idea.

Agreed! What's more annoying is if they're texting and walk into you, some people actually give you the look like it's your fault! WTF?!

They get drunk and kill someone, it is the bars fault.
You become a drug addict or alcoholic, it is societies fault.
It's always someone else's fault these days.

The worst is people with baby carriages.
They walk around leading with their baby's, sometimes texting at the same time.
If they ram into you with your baby or you accidently trip over their baby in a crowd, it is your fault?
They are the one with the fucking baby, I shouldn't have to watch out for YOUR baby.
Half the people with `Baby on board` stickers are driving around on the phone, seriously.
Get a brain.

Take responsibility for your own actions and offspring, don`t lay the blame on me.
