I completely agree, I remember when I was 16 and I was away from my family for Christmas and was staying with my friends in Mount Royal off Rigaud (however it's spelled) and I got a package in the mail that my mom sent me and I cried. Christmas isn't about the gifts it's about who you love and get to spend time with, and remember what has been given to you.

I hate Christmas with all the gifts, problems, fights and drama. It just melts me when I get to sit down for dinner with my family and sing songs and know that there is some happiness deep inside.

I'm lucky and happy to be home for Christmas. As I have said and I will say it again my family are my every. Hell, I tore the face off Shyla a couple days ago thinking she attacked my mom when she was protecting me. Sorry sister, i'm just a emotional bitch lol.

Christmas just gets in the heart.

Spending christmas with family and friends...spent a Christmas alone about 3 years ago so I know what it's like, that's when I figured "things may suck right now, but even a lump of shit is shiny for a while" Lol.....I make a point of always appreciating the people I have around me because of those times!
