      Great news!

Those are super resolutions Layla! For certain, the most important one for you in the long term is to quit smoking. It could prevent some horrendous things from happening to you sometime, somewhere down the road.

As for the new pics, YES and as the curlers say, hurry, hurry, hurry hard.

quit smoking for sure ! although i have cut down immensely.
i used to be so athletic and once was a track star when i was in school.
But now i cant even power walk to the end of my street without heaving so bad!

Read more books, eat more healthier , and pursue or invest on another establishment here in canada or abroad.
Travel as much as i can in other countries and continents.
Overall be happy while doing it and spread more happiness to others as well . That sums up few of my resolutions.
I will keep you guys posted soon tho, as i have few tid bits of surprises for you in coming few weeks!

I successfully quite smoking after 15 years back in June. HOLY CRAP is it nice. I can already feel my lungs healing. I have been doing alot of rock climbing the last year and quitting definitely helped me on those long pitches.

I recommend chantix. I've heard some different things about it being a depressant and mood altering but I didn't experience any of that. I did however have some crazy dreams the whole time I was on it, but i just looked at it like fun. Like "oh boy, what crazy shit am I going to dream of tonight?"

If you try chantix just make sure those close to you know of the possible side effects and be on the look out to help warn you if they notice your having mood swings or becoming depressed.

I wish you luck, quitting is not easy, but it is SO liberating!

I know what you mean. I went a week past my quit date...

one thing that helped me was keeping a straw or a pen cap handy. half the addiction is physical. I would "smoke" that pen cap like there was no tomorrow!

and people can insert fellatio jokes in this area as well :P

Stay strong and dont give up! If you fall short and smoke one dont beat yourself up over it. Keep trying. It's fun too to mark the exact time you had your last one and update your facebook/twitter/forum/whatever to keep your friends updated on how long you've gone. Helps to keep you accountable. That way you feel like you're letting down more than yourself if you quit.

May not be the best advice for everyone but works for me. I can handle letting myself down. I HATE letting my friends and loved ones down.

My major resolution this year is to continue my journey of sexual exploration. Second is to maintain a healthy lifestyle through improved eating and increased exercise. Third is to remain positive and spread good vibrations.

I quit the smoking thing 12 years ago and it doesn't bother me at all today, even if I'm around other smokers. I used the patch and about 4 huge bags of thoughs rockets, the little candy in the plastic wrapper. Another trick that worked is if I really wanted a smoke I'd go brush my teeth, that would put it off for a while, good luck to you that are trying, it is a hard habit to break.

It is understandable that you're having a rough time on day one Layla [while some seem to be able kick it cold turkey many others find that this is a very tough addiction to kick and struggle hard to kick it].

So far in life you have fought and overcome many things already and now that same perseverence will get you through this battle too.

Most importantly, should you stumble along the way don't give up, just don't quit quitting!
