Frankly speaking few months ago, I was surfing the internet as usual for my post graduate study, and I came by accident into a website called shemales. I entered the website without knowing the meaning of the word. I never knew the meaning of that word before that day. I’m not interested in porn sites as I’m from a conservative family. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw women who have penises. I asked myself if this is real. I’m so curious about shemales. ! - Transsexuals are born but not in the physical sense. A Male to Female transsexual is born with a male body and a female brain. The breasts are added later through HRT (Hormone replacement Therapy) or through breast implants. No MtF transsexual would add a penis. A FtM Transsexual may, but considering the last step in transition is SRS (sexual reassignment surgery) this would be counter-productive to a MtF Transsexual.

2- Operations and modifications and costs really depend on what you want and where you get them. It truly is different from person to person but think 10000+++.

3- Yes. There is no difference.

4. No such thing. If shemales could control the size of the penises then men everywhere would be running for that surgery.

Just a heads up. You seem to have honest questions. But the term "shemale" is a term used by the porn industry to describe a MtF transsexual. The terms transsexual or trans-woman are more suitable (and Politically Correct) to your questions.
