Funny, I was just thinking about subcontracting my customer services to homeless people.

Instead of sending customers to a pay phone to call,
You could have them meet a homeless person first instead.

Similar to an Administrative assistant but cheaper.

I would have to say....bad business plan. I would have to clean these homeless people, buy them clothes, feed them....because there is no way they could ever meet my clients with their appearance or well....hygiene.

Have my clients meet homeless people? Do I look like the type to sabotage my business?

I don't think the concept is dehumanizing -- to me the issue is they should have paid the homeless people at least minimum wage.
