Did the bill get passed on for third reading?

Unfortunately I missed Dany Morrison's talk. At least on CPAC I'd have had the advantage of hearing the translation which I'd need. From your comments I assume he made a good presentation. Was it Morrison who introduced the Bill to the House yesterday?

I just happened to pick up Randall Harrison's speech live on CPAC and then stayed for a while later but left after several uninspiring and negative speeches from the government side.

I believe he was the second reading. I found Harrison's speech much too long and long winded.

I would normally argue the semantics and finer points in such arguments, however as a rabid TGirl supporter who would love to see more and more T-Girls regardless, I have to support anything that enables them easier lives and lessens the burdens of transition any way possible. Shit, I'd pay more taxes to subsidize it even!
