Making friends is more then just a phone call. You need to form common interest, post in topics or at the very least start off by small talk which could turn into a friendship. It is a long road to both become who your meant to be as well as getting to know others who are taking the same long & lonely road.

I would still suggest going to Chicago sometime to find place with other tgirls.
There is alot of places there for sure.
Nothing beats a human connection then it is easier to keep in touch.
Of course a trip to Goodhandys in Toronto could possibly give u the chance to meet at least a few from this forum.
But getting more active on the internet can bag you some online friends that could lead to meeting.
I hadn't really taken much notice of you here until you just started posting more.
Now I am really happy to hear that you have found the forum valuable in your transitioning.
That it is more than just a porn or escort forum to some.
