new boob job date

hey everyone my doctor that was supposed to do my breast had a stroke and went blind in one eye so i guess hes out of service lol . Not to worry i already had my second conseltation and sometimes a second opinion is better ...this time around ill be doing 500cc through my nippels with minimum scarring . The new date is july 10th and two days later is my 24th birthday ...pretty sweet birthday gift . the pic i added is my before shot .

I let the Dr. do it under the mammary fold tho.. it's easier for them to get it perfect with such a large implant according to all I've read..

My nipples are perfect and I didn't want to wait for them to have to heal, also the implant was too big to do under the arm effectively..

You have volume already.. more than I had.. I was a 38AA (38D now) you look like you have a bit more..

Hurts like hell the first day.. not so bad after..

day 16 now and it's still pretty sore but I can massage them, move them around, have them sucked on.. omg..

Sux about the Dr. tho.. strokes are bad..

I'm sure you'll love them once they settle down...

Layla, I'm sure that you're disappointed to have been sidetracked like this but look at the delay as a blessing in disguise.

You'd have been in a real mess had that stroke happened during your surgery!

BTW you've got a nice showing there now even without the surgery.

yes my roomate shyla had to calm me down i was in complete shock after reciving the call the my date had been canceled , as usual shyla has all the answers and we booked my second conseltation about a hour later .

Day 10-11 I started to stretch and exercise gently and evenly with a new support bra..

Day 16 it still hurts constantly from the muscle and skin stretching..

Not enough for pain killers tho.. it's just annoying..

Layla, why don't u get 600'cc size saline implants just like mines ?
If u do it in July ur surgery, ur whole summer will be ruined, by u
staying home and recovering with all that pain u know. Why don't
u just get ur breast implants during the fall or winter instead ?
And go to my doctor, Mark Dupere. He's done lucys, and lisa's as well.
Trust me, u will thank me after, cause u know im always right at the end, lol.
If not, then good luck on ur future surgery.

It may be a bit late to give you advice but here goes

Barbie's suggestion of saline implants is something to consider. Personally, I have cohesive gel and I think they look and feel more natural.
As for the size, your doctor can tell you how big your body can handle. I have 600CC, like Barbie.

Before you go under the knife, the doctor should have given you a prescription for Traumeel to help you heal faster - it really works. Also, vitamin E to help your body stretch around the implant - don't continue beyond recomended date or your breasts will begin to sag.

There is not just the size to consider. You also need to select a shape for the implants. Some are flat - not good for shemales. Some are spherical. Some are a little pointed - that's what I have. They protrude more toward the front and aren't as big around - I love the shape.

You also have to decide where you want the incision. There are three choices.

Under the muscle - I did that the first time I did implants. The scar is under your arm, a tiny thing, hardly visible. I'm black and blacks have more problems like capsular contraction. That happened to me. You are less likely to have this problem. My surgeon felt that under the muscle may have contributed to the capsular contraction (breast gets out of shape and hard. Under the muscle means that the implant is hidden under your chest muscles. It looks good - talk to your doctor.

Through the nipple - I suggest you don't do this - too much risk of losing sensitivity in your nipples.

Under the breast. That's the way I did them the last time and I am very happy with it. There is a scar under your breast but it hardly shows. They'll give you a tape to put on the scar to help it heal up nice.

Healing time. For me, the tape fell off the scars after a week. Pain for the first couple of days, that's all and it wasn't bad at all. I was healed up enough to be comfortable doing anything after the second week. I saw clients after the first week, just my choice.

Your doctor will show you how to do massages for your implants - never miss a day! The massages keep your implants loose in the pocket - that's important if you want your breasts to look natural in perpetuity. Otherwise, as your body heals, it closes the pocket around your implants and your breasts become stiff and unnatural.

thanks for all the advice ..the doctor has already sent my medication in the mail and we decided that 500cc is the perfect size for me they will be saline and inserted through my nipple . Im super excited and cant wait for the result . Thanks again for all the support. xo Layla
