I think it's a little sad the route this has taken in the media. I think the trial should be dealt with some seriousness and drop all this camp and trash surrounding it. Someone's child was murdered. It shows little respect for the victims involved. I am not just speaking in reference to Barbie here but Nina as well. Even though I stuck up for both ladies in another thread when someone was making personal attacks at them. I am thoroughly disgusted and dissapointed to say the least. I read Barbie's article thinking it was the Toronto Sun and thinking why is this written like its for a trash mag? Then I looked at the URL and was like go figure. That being said this is just my opinion and the final thing I will have to say on the matter

The media is out of control.
Take a murderer and throw in a shemale, it is pretty hard to resist.

However you cannot blame the media too much,
this guy always tried to use the media to promote himself, and he started the media frenzy himself.
I have seen at least 300 different pictures of this guy on the news since this happened, even more on the web.
He is now super famous just like he always wanted, this has to be part of the game.
Regardless of his fate, he is now infamous, no one has ever done something quite like this.

All the hype will be pretty funny if it turns out he didn't actually do it.
Then stories like this would be pretty dumb.

I think it could have been handled a different way to be honest, but thats the british press for you. I think even more so I was disappointed with Nina Arsenault's first approach at it with a Canadian paper. I believe it was the Toronto Sun. I just thought they chose the campiest and trashiest way of doing the article. Let me just say also. I am by no means trashing either girl. I understand that once your interview is over these girls have absolutely no control over how they twist interpret or use the information given. As for that guy in another thread yes he was just being a straight up douche. No matter who the person is they dont deserve the treatment he was giving to Barbie and Nina.

lol, this is pretty funny actually. A few weeks ago she was demanding threads be taken down that simply mentioned her and Magnotta in the same sentence. I guess the almighty dollar trumped those feelings.
