Just saw this new television showed "Arrow" and it was awesome , and it's great to see it stars Toronto born & raised actor Stephen Amell.

Here's a clip (check out at the 1:07 mark) the Salmon chin-up routine, I thought it was fake or done with a safety harness but it's 100% legit without a harness.

That looks like a cool show.
Those chin ups look like a challenge for sure.

The effects seem unique for this type of action.
Also no hint of vampires in the plot, i am sick of them.

I think Arrow is going to have a slow start at first but after a few seasons will really gain a following. Smallville was like that too.
