It is tough sometimes because life does get lonely without a significant other. I being single for 5 years now. I manage however, I have lots of work that keeps me occupied and just finishing up my Master's Degree also passes the time.

I thought this forum would help in getting a lot off my chest and meet similar people / like minded people.

Hi, Shyla. No problem.

By all means, all people consider me a man. I have the physical appearance of a man. I am not a woman, however, I feel like it inside sometimes. The surgery I had does provide the illusion, on first glance, I have 'female parts'.

I had the surgery performed by Dr. Pichet in Bangkok, Thailand. He did an OK job, but I feel like I need to have a follow up surgery to better define the labia and clitoral hood...Labiaplasty surgery.

I used to speak with a man who also wanted to do this and lead the same life back a few years ago. Maybe this is the new evolution of things to come? Maybe one day we will hear of a woman who identifies as a female who undergoes surgery to have a penis? I am in no way mocking just almost seems to be the obvious of things to come. Who knows maybe it has already taken place?
