General Comments:

Booked this on Agoda and paid about $80 for a deluxe condo room. It isn't a hotel so I was a little confused when I got there. I found the condo office to check in. Companies have sublet many of the condos in this huge complex and set them up "like" hotel rooms. Great condo with full kitchen and balcony overlooking the sea and city.
No front desk just like an apartment condo. However this means if you bring a guest back there is no one to hold their ID. So this place may not be for beginners to Pattaya, a regular hotel would be better. For the tgirls and experienced guys this place is great. Entertainment, shopping and food on 3 sides, the beach on the other.
Perfectly situated. Had a the same tgirl in twice with no issue.

Nice review Crag but is the room a top, a bottom or versatile? LOL. Seriously, I noticed the electic outlets look like the kind we use here in the US and Canada. Is this the case and what is the voltage?

It was on the 15th floor out of about 30, so I guess it was versatile.

The outlets here are 120 per outlet I think?
If you saw closer you would see there is room for the round 2 plug ones they used to use with no ground plug. Most of the hotels and newer places have this same power as north america.
Hong Kong is the only place i have seen that won't change.

However before when i stayed in my GFs condo and her families house in Bangkok it just had 1 240 outlet.
I could still plug in my laptop because it can adapt, however i brought a coffee machine and coffee grinder from Canada.
(Finding regular brewed coffee in Thailand is tough.)
The coffee machine fried in the 240 and the coffee grinder ran twice as fast as normal, funny.
Phones and computers with adapters seem fine but power tools and appliances from north america will not work everywhere.

These Thai plugs cannot usually take the third ground pin but there is adapters.
