Bonus Beauty Week

Before I begin congrats to Kiyana for answering first on the Jeopardy clue. Yes, the question to the clue is "What is the Luxor?" Peter you also got it right as well and I thank you for playing along. Hope that you 2 and others are prepared for the upcoming Jeopardy tournament.

Here we are with another installment of the Bonus Beauty Week. Figured it was time for one. 3 T Girls and one G Girl - the Femtrooper. ....lol. I'm thinking that throughout the year I'm going to feature the G Girl in uncommon fashions. Feast your eyes on Carolina, Amy, Karen and, well, like I said, The Femtrooper.

I will add some more updates in the week. a few recalls and a wall of thanks among other things.

An expression of praise or admiration


This year I want to express my thanks a little differently to those who contribute to this thread. What I have come up with is a Wall of Fame so to speak. Those on the wall will not be removed and in the future for those who contribute will be added. To those who never had a photo or pic posted of themselves I did a Google search of your handle and chose a picture from what the search revealed ...i.e. "Peter the Great" a "sword protector" and "Blue Jays" logo

Again my greatest gratitude to all who help make this thread what it is.

Oh my, I don't consider what I have done worthy of any recognition but now I guess I should have submitted a decent photo of myself for use here. By the way, is there an available translation of the text in the photo you subbed for my pic?

Jeopardy


Answer to the last clue: Who is Arachne. Congrats to maddplotter

Rant's rant: No Jeopardy this week as I am announcing finally the start of the Jeopardy Winners Circle contest.

This is....

Starting Saturday May 4th yours truly will begin to post up clues throughout the month of May. The clues will be posted every other day so as to give people a chance to respond. The questions will have a value attached. No Daily Doubles and no Final Jeopardy its just whoever has the most points at the end of the month will win. Standard rules apply. A person who guesses correct gets the points and if they guess wrong they lose them. Most clues will be standard clues you would see on the tv show and some clues will be of a more personal nature and others will be of a problem solving nature.

To make this more interesting and closer in scoring if someone guesses a clue correctly but they were 2nd to respond they get HALF the allotment

i.e.

toban answers a clue correctly and gets 100 points then say Kiyana answers second with the same correct answer she will get 50.

Thats all though...no third or fourth in line or anything like that and as I mentioned before if you guess wrong you get deductions.



Top winner gets to choose Woman of the month of June .... so any ladies who play could very will make them self to be Miss June if they win....

Second place - A redux page of their favorite girl...so again if any ladies come in second place they in turn could get this...

Third place - choice of ladies to be shown in a future edition of a Bonus Beauty week
