If you're ever suspicious about the pics in an ad, you know the whole "too good to be true" thing,
just plug them into an image search and see if they've been stolen from somewhere else.
Hopefully more people start using this and we'll see less and less girls get away with fake "bait and switch" profiles.
When you're on google, click "Images" at the top and then on the right side of the search bar there's a little Camera Icon.
Click on the Camera and you can either paste the URL of the image or upload the image from your computer,
and it will bring up other places that picture is found on the internet. Makes it pretty easy to spot the fakes.
