First let me say I love all types of breasts, on genetic females and t-girls. But if I had the choice on a t-girl I like the smaller breasts. I'm not looking for a psychology session on why I like smaller breasts on a t-girl I just want to know what others prefer.

I don't particularly like either big or small. What I like would best be described as "natural looking" breasts, or in other words breasts that look like they belong on that particular girls body. There seems to be a trend locally to go for the biggest implants possible regardless of the body's build or structure. I have come to understand that as part of the transformation process the M2F transgender generally attempts to change their physical appearance to closely mimic that of a normal or "average" female such as the proverbial "girl next door". Now, we know that the average girl is neither a DDD nor an F!

Here is some surprising information from the brassiere manufacturers association that I recently came across. Until very recently the most widely sold bra cup size in North America was a "C"! while in Europe the most common is a "B"! Lately, because of the trend towards obesity in N.America the "D" cup is becoming more prevalent but still the average girl is nowhere near even a DD. Recently Tia Phoenix reported how she had spent much time and effort in determining an appropriate size for her frame and presented photo evidence of her very modest choice.

What appears to be happening locally is that girls are going beyond what would be biologically reasonable size implants for their body and it sometimes appears they are competing amongst themselves to see whose implants have the greatest volume e.g. one girl claims she has 800cc the next wants 875cc regardless of the suitability to their body structure. It appears that in some cases the implants are so enormous, protruding sideways beyond the chest wall that the girl must have difficulty moving her arms around them to reach forward. There seems to be little care either in ensuring that the implants mimic the natural concave shape of the upper breast caused by gravity rather they often are puffed up almost to the top of the shoulder as if they are under high pressure.

So, IMHO, I believe some girls breast implants are getting very, very close to being freaky rather than being realistic! Those whoppers will certainly garner some attention but is it really positive or negative??

My GF is a 36DD and really curvy so it suits her well..

Mine are 500CC and give me a small d or a big C..

My research showed that 500CC is the largest size you should do on the first implant to avoid complications..

I've thought about going bigger to 750cc which would put me between a D & DD but I'm not sure I will..

Everyone tells me they are the perfect size now..

How much breast tissue did she have to begin with? With hormone treatments, a Tgirl can develop tissue and this will improve appearance and size. Are the implants installed under the chest muscles or under the breast tissue? This affects size and appearance. Did the person heal properly after the implants were put in? Problems can occur resulting in misplaced, misaligned, rigid, or flattened breasts. What shape were the implants? Some are round and flat, some are conical, some are semi-spherical. this affects the shape and size of the breasts as well.

I'm happy with my breasts. I have 600cc and wear a 36D bra. My first implants were 450cc and I wore a C cup bra. I am tall so I can handle my Dcups. They are proportional. However, a smaller Tgirl would probably do better with smaller breasts. The best result is a proportional breast. It doesn't relate to cup size.

When I get my next implants, I may check out getting slightly bigger implants but not much. I want natural-looking breasts. I love the way they move freely and feel soft and flexible, like real breasts. My clients like them a lot too.

If you do get implants, girls, and you insist on going a little bigger, your breasts may be too tight in the pocket. Talk to your doctor about vitamin E supplements for a short time. It loosens tissue and helps to make extra room for the implants. I suggest you be realistic. DDs are not likely to look proportional. You'll probably max out at a Ccup or, if you're tall, a Dcup. There's nothing wrong with a shapely Bcup either.
