  • INTERNET POSTING REMOVAL ACT proposed in Illinois

This new proposed act in Illinois senate says all posts on the internet that do not have an IP address and verified name and address on site, will have their posts removed.

So they want no more anonymous posting on the internet.

They might be able to pass the legislation and they might nail a few locals but they're not going to be able to enforce it in any jurisdiction other than Illinois.
