Any RPG fans out there?

Just trying to make fun conversation. Found an old thread about Japanese Anime but saw no point on commenting it since it was from 2010. I grew up on a lot of games like Final Fantasy and other Squaresoft (before they became Square-Enix) games for the Playstation.

I spend more time replaying old Final Fantasy games than new games.

I don't like the new Final Fantasy games to much. They stopped using the victory song at the end of battles and they lack that romance between characters I use to like lol

Final Fantasy was good until IX or X
Oblivion was sick I need to try Skyrim
I fell in love with Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic...but they only made 2
Never got into Star Ocean or Mass Effect
World of Warcraft is the crack of the videogame world....I stayed away


These days I moved away from RPGs as they are too time consuming. I play "Blow Shit Up" games. Rockband is cool too.

I'm a Xbox gamer so any of the Elder Scrolls games are awesome. I'm a big fan of both the Fallout series and the Fable series as well.

i did FF 7...8...10..... after that it got a bit boring and same.

Ive been going every year for the past 4 years now for new parts...and this video has all the parts so far !

Yep, a friend of mine got me into that actually because he knew I was a huge Kingdom Hearts fan lol it really is very epic especially the fights like you said.

Unreal Tournament - It's kinda old so the graphics aren't as nice as that one, but man it is soooo addicting. If it moves, kill it!

Yes ... the original UT99 was so well done. UT04 etc. seemed to concentrate more on upgrading the graphics than game play. I always found myself coming back to the original. Never was a shock rifle whore like most of those guys I've played online though! lol
