"If u Come over my place and u want to "Cancel" its $60 at the Door... see u soon

Rate Start over $$$$$$$$$$$ {call) If u Come over my place and u want to
"Cancel its $60 at the Door"

The only reason someone would cancel at the door is because you are MUCH uglier than you portrayed yourself online.
Which begs the question, how deceiving must your pictures be if you have to
write your cancellation policy into your profile, twice!
And how would you even go about trying to collect such a fee anyway?

You don't want guys walking away at the door, be honest about yourself, or close to honest at least.
I know the bait and switch works because once most guys go through the
trouble of making a date and showing up, they're usually too horny and awkward to leave.
But if you're going to lie about who you are and what you look like, don't dare try charging a "cancellation fee".

    Thanks for your time.

Generally speaking I don't believe in cancellation fees "at the door". My philosophy on this subject is that if a provider is confident in herself, the client would loose more by walking away. If I were to experience this situation I would be delighted to say "Good bye and have a nice day!".

I have heard that some first timers back out at the door sometimes for their own reasons which are unrelated to the gurl. In this case, I think the gent owe the lady a cancellation fee. If I faced this situation, I wont ask for cancellation fees, but he would never see me again especially now that I have recognized his face which is not amenable to changes as email accounts or phone numbers!

Apart from that and for other situations like advanced pre-bookings etc. cancellation fees are fair and reasonable deal if agreed upon by the parties. However, this is obviously not the issue put forward in this thread!

        Scary, really!

In a situation like this, perhaps it might be best to consider the possibility that she may have an enforcer hiding behind the door as reason enough to avoid putting one's self in danger of some sort of confrontation.

I know that I myself like to try someone new every once in a while but this would be another reason to stick with the well known and highly reviewed and respected girls.

Cancellation fees? I thought this was a joke until I read the ad. Sorry but no. Anybody who pays a cancellation fee is a fool. The client is obligated to pay nothing unless there is some sort of contractual obligation (ie written or verbal). I've seen some ads that have "by contacting me to consent to...", that is complete BS that carries absolutely no weight anywhere. The funniest part is people thinking they can weed out law enforcement that way, but that is another topic. If a client books a time, shows up, doesn't like what he sees, and leaves, that is the service provider's problem that they need to deal with. It is the nature of the service industry.

If you tried on a pair of shoes, didn't like the way they fit, and chose not to buy them, would you pay some sort of fee for occupying the salesperson's time? What if you were buying a car and didn't like the selection you were shown, would you pay one there? No service provided or goods purchased = no entitlement for compensation.

I suppose one could argue that charging a $60 cancellation fee would be the equivalent to fraud, as no advertised service was provided. If they ever tried to get that money against a person's will that would be theft or robbery. Any "enforcer" that tried to obtain that money would be in for a very bad day.

It is especially stupid if they are not willing to discuss anything over the phone about the session.
So you show up and ask, "do you do this"?
If the providers response is "no i don't do that", the person should not have to pay.
In this case the customers time is wasted.

For some reason providers always think it is only their time wasted.
If you have fake or misleading pictures and advertisements and won't discuss services,
then the provider is the time waster.

Time wasting goes both ways, even though nobody will admit it.

To me the only reason someone would pay a cancellation fee is if they felt threaten that they could be extorted.

My dentist tries to always charge me a cancellation fee and i just tell them to stick it up their ass.

IMO I think that's the main reason this forum exists. To warn others of the scammers and fraudsters that are out there so we can hopefully cut off their cash flow.

Also ... to praise the awesome people that are also out there (such as yourself, Kitty ) and INCREASE their cash flow!

                        I agree with Crag.

And I was even thinking that if ever I make myself available as full time provider, I would be losing my investments, as I would be willing to re-imburse any guy who will change their mind upon seeing me in person or just decide to walk out or just simply change their mind, as I may not look as pretty as my pics online in their opinion and are quite disappointed...LOL!

And to at least be compensated for their gas and time wasted, as they say 'Customer is always right' hahahahahaha!

That cancellation fees part of her ad is not well thought of, instead it might lure her prospective clients away. Hope she'll change it soon and instead put her best un-modified face forward in every ads so that confusions and disappointments be avoided. And a happy ending be achieved.

Now, cancelling my dental appt. without 24hr notice is something I never do, I was charged for it before, but understandably it was my fault.

My dentist does not have anyway to actually charge me if i cancel at the last minute.
I have never done it unless it was serious, like I was very sick or something.
He can send me a bill and refuse me service, then i will just go to one of the other 600 dentists nearby.

The extortion is not proven and was never actually posted in this forum.
Just copied from another site where we cannot confirm anything from here.
No one else here could confirm the same story. The only guy who tried was lying out his ass.
I suspect whoever that story belongs too is not telling the whole truth about his situation.
Maybe he stood her up, told her off, gave her crabs, dumped her or 1000 other reasons she could be upset with him.
That assumes it is even true at all.

Anyone who is being extorted for 1000K and posts it on a review forum instead of going to the police is just plain stupid.
You may say it is nice to warn people, but this does not stop the offender from continuing.
Call the police and she is stopped forever, no need to warn everyone.

In this case the provider is saying she charges $60 for leaving, so just don't go.
All this signals to me is trouble, trouble, trouble.

The fact is many guys go to the un-reviewed escorts for a thrill of the unknown.
They could go to a good solid provider that they know is good, but they still choose the unknown.
Then when they have trouble there is a big sob story.

I am never specifically on any side except that of the truth.
