I don't think that money is the main incentive to participate in these show! It is more about delivering a point of view or contributing to the lifestyle! Having said that, I am strongly anti-American documentaries and shows and in favor of the European ones (especially the ones from UK)!

Just to play devils advocate a bit... Although I've never (yet!!) had the pleasure of meeting you Lucy, the class with which you carry yourself and conduct your affaires is exactly the type of positive exposure that the transgender community needs (less of the former Magnotta lovers on TV please!). They can only edit you negatively if there is something negative there in the first place and I don't get that from you. You are, by all accounts, a classy chick!

having watched Trisha as a youngster growing up, she's decent enough as a tv show hostess. Definitely on the more balanced side of tabloid. It's worth a conversation to see what angle they're going for and what assurances they can give you.

Don't do it. You have no idea what they will surprise you with or how you will be portrayed. Once you do the show you will not have any control over the editing and a negative outcome can be very stressful.

IMO it's not worth it.
