Fernando ?aupari Buend?a was a born a man, but as he matured he decided to become a woman. After a series of surgeries he succeeded in as much as the Peruvian government recognized him as ?Carmen Claudia.? After years of living in Europe, he has returned to Peru and now wants his country?s government to accept him as a man again.

I wonder in Canada if the reverse switch could also be publicly funded?
For one, I would hate my tax dollars going to people switching back and forth.
How much of this will we see in the future, from all over?
As the article says, he has male chromosomes and nothing can change that.
