Here's one not well known but worth looking into!
Im no expert but I have certainly had over 20 years of experience in this field partly due to a very good urologist who worked with me to keep me active!
I began with hypodermic injections into the penis, of enzymes like Papaverine, that caused an almost immediate erection, from there then to the vacuum pump with constriction rings. These methods clearly provided dandy erections but were not conducive to maintaining the "heat of the moment" or the "mood" since they both required me to leave my partner while administering the injection or pumping up!
There were lots of trials with the usuals like Viagra, Cialis & Levitra all of which had the same side-effects which are well known to most users. Of those types Cialis lasted longest for me, even well into the next day!
There is one more product, MUSE which is not well known or much advertised!
It works in much the same way as the hypodermic enzyme injections but is much easier to use. It comes in a foil pouch containg a small "applicator" which is inserted about an inch into the urethra. A tap on the applicator deposits a tiny pellet of prostaglandin into the urethra. The penis is then massaged for a few seconds and within minutes the spongy tissues of the penis relax, fill with blood and a firm, long lasting erection occurs.
Cost is higher than the other forms though @ about $20-25 per use but it is fast and effective. For me the effects seem to last well into the day but can be used twice a day for an all day event!

Can't wait for it - No more injections!
Just came across a report of a new product for ED treatment [Vitaros] that has already been approved for use in Canada but is not yet available in pharmacies. It also contains alprostadil but in cream or gel form, rather than in an injectable form. Applied to the glans shortly before intercourse it is otherwise the same as MUSE or Caverject in action and performance so no more needles or applicators.

Just a hint!
From my own experience, I have seen clients who acknowledged to be that they have ED and might not even cum during the session. I see those as a challenge to myself, so I start to ask them about what turns them on and I always aim to take them a notch higher! Usually men a reluctant to admit their kinks, but I am a bitch and can spot those kinks in their eyes!
Touch a man's kink and the blood will "usually" flow naturally down their without any medication.

I have tested both extensively. Here is what I noticed.
Viagra is my drug of choice. 1/2 a pill(50mg) is good enough for 1/2 a day. I tend to use 1 per day when I work. You stay harder than Cialis which is good for anal sex as it tends to be tighter that vaginal sex. Entry for anal requires the top to be quite hard, or else you will just bounce off the inner sphincter.
Cialis is good but ineffective for the high volume a good escort has. If you are doing more than 3-4 clients a day then it doesn't work after a while. Your clients have to be more spaced out. With Viagra I can stack my clients better.
As a side effect I get serious heartburn from Cialis/Viagra and I have to travel with a healthy supply of Tums.
On a side note....I once mentioned this stuff I can find in Montreal. It's street name is Vialis. It's not what is sold on the net by the same name. It's made by some crazy mad scientist somewhere in Quebec. This stuff is INSANE! It has the power of Viagra and last for 5 days. It is costly at 25-30$ a pill, probably causes all sorts of side effects and longterm effects, but it works.
So, concerning Viagra and Cialis I believe it's up to you. If you have a high volume, go with Viagra. If you have medium volume or your clients are spaced out enough, then Cialis could be a good choice. Either way, you have to be careful with either of these drugs.Shyla Wild

Thought I would put my 2 cents worth in on this topic as I have in the past when the subject comes up (pun intended). I started off with Viagra and it worked fine most of the time but there were some side effects such as blushing, sinus problems and sometimes even a headache. Also you have to be careful when taking it because it doesn't work well after eating a greasy meal. After Cialis came out I tried it and liked it and used the generic stuff for several years. Then recently it pretty much stopped working for me. I asked my urologist if you can become immune to it and he said not really but suggested that because I was using generic, the manufacturing quality control might be the problem. BTW, I had no side effects from the Cialis and I could take it in the morning and it worked anytime that day or even into the next day. Anyway, I switched back to generic Viagra and it is working very well and I don't seem to have as many side effects. I am planning on staying with the Viagra for now but will try the Cialis again in the future.

My decision if based more on cost and length of time it works. I still do well with nothing, but when I take a 10mg Clialis, I have the boners of an 18 year old for 3 days. Still needs stimulation, but what a diamond cutter I can get.
I almost died when I saw that these drug companies sell this shit for $20.00 a pill here, so I quickly found some genetics online and ordered. Not quite as strong, but still very good. And now I get them for 3.00 a pill, which I only need half once in awhile.
I order from the link below and every second order gets blocked by Customs, but I order again and it goes through. Takes a alomst a month though as it comes from India.

My latest thing is not being able to orgasm. I can bang like a bunny, stay hard for hours, rest, go again etc. But can't seem to get to the end. It's almost like I am there, and then pass it and can't get the feeling back. Too much porn maybe? I can orgasm with porn no problem. I imagine I answered my own question. LOL

i like Viagra it is the most consistent.
one half of a 100mg at a time is good for a day usually.
Cialis can be intermittent sometimes.

Be safe, be healthy and be happy.
Exactly, and this is why you should always get them legitimately from your Doctor who knows the other medication you might be on, as well as your history.

I think you guys might be wrong about the high blood pressure thing. It is my understanding that if you are on certain heart medications, taking Viagra or Cialis can dangerously lower your blood pressure. Now I have high blood pressure which is controlled by medication. Both my primary care physician and my urologist know that I use Viagra and or Cialis and neither has ever cautioned me about it.

I believe what cirle2559 may be referring to though is a different side-effect of this same class of ED meds. Individuals who are suffering from Angina and who are on Nitroglycerine or other nitrate therapy should never, ever, attempt to use this class of ED meds - it may be fatal!!
MUSE which I mentioned earlier works through a very different mechanism directly on the penis, and as far as I know is safer in some respects than those meds mentioned above, though it too causes a lowering of BP.
In any case, old-timers like myself must always consult with their GP's to ensure that just plain old-fashioned enjoyment of sexdoes not become a heart-related cause of death whether we are on ED meds or not!

ED meds need medical supervision

I too have High BP and for about 10 years have been on several BP and other heart meds and currently on about three. Since 2005 I have had heart attack and emergency heart surgery with stenting.
My cardiologist, urologist and family doctor are all aware of the situation and express no concerns, even from the cardiologistabout the use of these ED meds!
I'd stress that a medical consult be a must before beginning to use any of these meds though, as heaven forbid, you wouldn't want to wake up on the coroners disection table as he trys to figure out what killed you!
