California Governor Signs Bill regarding Transgender bathroom rights.

Transgender youth in California are now able to choose which bathroom or change room they use with no restrictions.

Basically what ever gender the children see themselves as will be how they choose a facility.

Lately, I have see a girl in Ottawa who has been on hormones for more than a year. The hormones has reshaped her body well so far (small boobs, hips etc) but the only problem is that she is not yet there facially as she didn't learn how to do the minor make-up touches yet. She is dressed as a fem boy and I can see that people, at least in Ottawa, react less favorably to fem boys as opposed to t-girls. Well even for t-girls, I am sure that it used to be worse but people are becoming more open minded!

So she is presenting a unique case for me at least! Which washroom she should go to? If she goes to the men washrooms she will be bullied!

I think they said that has been law in LA county for some time.

I see a girl at the mall that doesn't even try to do anything from the waste up.
Boys shirt and haircut, no jewelry or makup.
However has terribly made homemade skirts worn over jeans.

I thought it was just a weird fashion statement at first.
Then she had a purse from time to time.

The girl I know is actually quite realistic and I don't think that she ever went into ladies washroom in normal settings.

I too doubt that the women will be comfortable with the girl you described. I think most women are cool with it as long as it presentable in a nice way!

Any girl should put some effort into it, it doesn't need to be excessive but presentable at least!
