Seriously considering taking the plunge

I have been a closet TS fan for years and am finally probally going to go take the next step but i'm still hesitant. I'm afraid that the next morning I'm going to regret actually sleeping with a man (no disrespect) but I don't think I can hold out any longer, I just find Shemales so hot and can't stop thinking about actually being with one. Any advice as to whom would be great for a first timer. I think I'd prefer to give then take but i have no anal experience and am frankly very nervous about the whole situation.

I agree with Shelby if you are having doubts now is not the time to as you say take the plunge, and come on they may have a penis but trust me they are women not men and this is insulting.. You will never truly understand until you walk in their shoes.. I know you are not trying to be disrespectful, but it is a big step if you are not truly ready for it, once you do it there is no turning back so take Lisa's and Shelby's advise and choose carefully they know what they are talking about

hi yu, i think what is being said is your treating these ladies like freaks and they happen to turn you on, well let me make it clear they are in general wonderful human beings, that have been braver than any other i know, i cannot imagine going through what they go through it is amazing and they maintain their sanity, i personally hold the ladies in the highest regard they are lovely human beings who go with their feelings and are doing something about it. yes they turn me on sexually but nobody knows but me so please try to understand what you are dealing with. just Curious adding his two cents worth

I'm in the same boat as MJB... I've been a fan of shemales since my teens.... But I was to afraid to go any further than looking at Pictures, video, the internet.... mainly because of my own sexual insecurities.... but know I know that I am attracted to this ladies, I haven't had my first time yet but as lisa said... I'll find someone that I can have and enjoyable time.... and then will see what happens

Every guy that has been with a T-Girl has had the thought that I said cross their mind before actually taking that final step. Sorry if i offended anyone but living the lifestyle you do i thought you'd have thicker skin then to be offended by being called a man in the literal sense. I'm sorry to brake it to all of you but you are men living as women and no amount of make up, clothing or even surgery IMO changes that. The weird thing is you probally think I'm trying to make fun of you or start some verbal war and I'm really not.  I'm just conflicted about sleeping with "someone" with a penis, thats all. I don't expect a smile but your making it like i'm one of those random guys that comes in here and bashes on you for your choice of lifestyle.

You've said things to me worse then i did to you for the record. I said you are men and your are.

It's funny I've watched dozens of talkshows with TS guests and the host usually asks them at some point if they tell men they are about to hook up with that they are also men. None have went off like you did. They simply said of course i tell everyone that I'm not a woman.

I just joined this forum yesterday, and this is my first post, so please bear with me...

mjb - the fundamental point you fail to realize here is that gender is more than just physical. Yes, a TS (pre-op at least!) has a penis. No, a TS is not a man. Mentally and emotionally a TS is pure woman, the physical just needed a little help catching up. Calling someone who identifies themselves as female a male is simply insulting.

It is because you can't get over your own penile needs and worries to see the emotional issues at stake here, and insist on defending your point in the face of obvious and justified opposition, that people think you're being an ass - and they are right.

That being said, I don't think you're being purposefully hurtful or insulting, just ignorant and obtuse - which can be just as damaging.

Before defending your point any further, go do some research - enough to realize how complicated a topic 'gender' really is.
