I am a man and I think that site is (in my opinion) full of fakers and escorts
The escorts I don't mind but the fakers I can live without
I have chatted with some lovely ladies that were friendly and some ladies that were really cold or non responsive

Woman are never happy with 99% of the selection. The male point of view is similar to yours in that 99% of the "site" women are nuts, and their expectations given their lot in life is unacceptable... All these short, broke, dysfunctional women who want to find a tall, rich, well adjusted man.

Good point TSd8 my GG friend and I chat all the time about our dating site experiences and true same problems apply to regular dating sites and GGs. Women looking for relationships dodging and filtering all the guys just trying to score booty call points. And of course guys dodging psycho women who have a house full of kids are unemployed and broke and always say "My kids are my life, my world , my number one priority" Yes guys know this they just want a spot somewhere above the household pets!! And the "This time I won't settle" Well honey have you looked in the mirror lately those weren't socks you were trying to put on your feet this morning when you were half asleep..lol.

But are you really surprised? It wasn't until recently that Canada allowed gays to marry. Here in Canada, one of the most accepting countries, we still have discrimination, which is why there are groups supporting the LGBT community. Hell, forget the LGBT, some people STILL view women as inferior. So let me ask you again, are you really surprised that guys are scared to be seen with a L/G/B/T? Esp when a lot of people don't even understand that a MtF transgender should be considered a woman, many think if it has a dick it's a dude, if it likes dick, then it's a gay dude. Moreover, a lot of the trans community is infamous for being crazy (due to hormones?) and into all sorts of drugs (Not talking about MJ).

Well I think LGBT rights have been recognized for some time in Canada ... legalizing gay marriage just the latest development. Most major cities across Canada have their Gay Pride weeks and parades and people have come to accept that as part of our society because of VISIBILITY . Seeing two gay men or lesbians walking hand in hand is part of our society even if it does cause some raised eyebrows and dissenting whispers of some. Seeing a man and woman holding hands out and about even exchanging a greeting or parting kiss and embrace is not going to cause any raised eyebrows as I said previously people DO NOT have X-ray vision and no one is asking the guy to introduce them to everyone they meet as "this is my transgender date or girlfriend" If you do not think the girl is "passable" enough well then you will have to decide where to go from there.
I was commenting on a site that is specific to TS/TGs looking for dating relationships and supposedly guys wanting to date them. Of course that is only my experience here in Regina others may find this site useful in their cities and guys more open..I don't know. Guys do not know Im an escort and I always keep my escort ad pics fairly discreet so I'm not going to be immediately pointed out in public as "I saw that girl on a Shemale escort ad".
