I would say they are closer to 9" or 9.25", judging by how much space is left once I pull the condom down as I bottom out of both. Magnums leave about 2" between a fully extended condom and the base of my penis. I would say they are about 8" to 8.25". Also of note, Durex condom packing sucks. It is hard to open, and make sure you do not have lube on your hands trying to open that blue wrapper as it is quite impossible.

As for the price of custom condoms, volume is the way to go. At low volumes this can get expensive. I believe 10 condoms will run you 25-40$ depending on the options you pick. I tend to order 150 at a time, which runs me about 300$.

Not that I've ever needed a custom size, or for that matter any size condom anymore, but just because I‘m curious, I printed both of the sizing tools of both brands I mentioned and looked up prices for the German made Coripa brand that is sold via a California outlet.

With delivery added the Coripa’s were €10.40 for 6 or $14.62 CDN so about $2.45 each with a 10% discount available for volume users. Their longest fully unrolled, according to their charts, is supposedly 9?”. Their widest is only about 6” which is still a bit too narrow for me!

The longest English made Theyfit brand is supposedly 8 ?” fully unrolled, and the widest is about 6 3/8”
