Disappointed !

Had a noon hour meeting scheduled with TS Karen today. She failed to keep the agreed upon arrangements or offer any reason why she had opted out.

My point is simple, whether your a consumer or service provider, don't enter into agreements you have no intention of keeping. At the very least, let the other party know of a last minute need for cancellation.

I felt like a giant fool at the intersection of wellesley and yonge st's trying to establish telephone contact with Karen, and receiving no reply.

I'm a very precise and coordinated person and easily offended by people who abuse others. I'll get over it. But Karen has made it extremely difficult for me to trust myself to seeking the attention of another in her profession.

I'm terribly sorry, markerverse but I sent you text messages about what happened to my cell phone that day and I hope you received it. If you read it and knew the reason, I'm sure you would have understood. I did try to call you back (although I don't normally call back on people unless they say so in their messages) when I recovered my phone early evening that day but your phone appeared switched off.

I am not in the business of cancelling appointments with people who have prior appointments with me, nor not picking up my phone if someone calls unless there's a "good reason" why I can't talk but this is not the case with markerverse. If I simply can't do it, I have always been very upfront about my inavailability prior to the agreed appointment time but I was very excited and ready to see you that day except for that "accident" that I explained to you. Again, my apologies and I hope you received the text messages I sent you that night.

And for everyone I just wanna let you know that I have moved to a new and much better place now (still in downtown Toronto) and it would be exciting to have a visit from all my exciting friends in this forum. You know who you are and I look forward to hearing from you again soon.

I am sorry that you had an unfortunate experience due to a communication problem.

What happened to you is totally out of character for either Karen or Lucy.

Both of these fine young gals are two of the absolute very best examples of Tgirls we here in this forum, have the privilige of meeting.

The integrity of both these gals, is in my opinion unquestioned and hence they enjoy a very high reputation among the many members here in this forum.

Karen has taken the time to respond to you and if you do not accept her explanation and apology, then in my opinion, you my friend, are the loser.

As noted elsewhere in the forum, when the same type of situation occured with Lucy, take a moment and see what was her reply to the prospective client .

These women earn their livelyhood by entertaining those of us that have the wherewithall to afford them.

As any reputable business person will tell you, they want satisfied customers. Disatisfied customers tell a minimum of 10 of their friends about bad customer service providers.

Their income depends on it. Maybe you should reconsider your position, given Karen has taken the time and made the effort to explain what transpired.

If you do, then maybe you will be kind enough to share a positive review with us all.
