I personally hate the background music especially when it doesn't start immediately and it is something really loud it scares the shit out of me because I wasn't expecting it.

I agree with Ray. If background music starts, I usually hit my back button immediately as it is very annoying. Plus I'm usually listening to my own tunes when I surf (which I would much prefer to listen to than someone else's taste in music.)

My advice? If you want people to look at your page, DON'T add music.

I?d like to add my voice to those who've posted ahead of me. Please do not add music to your pages!

You may think it is cute, and it may very well be for some kinds of endeavours, but for any escort related material it can not only be very distracting but especially for those who decide to sneak a peek while they are at work, it could possibly cost them their job!

Yes, i agree with the volume aspect.
I, too, have skipped over a profile when the music is really loud, if i was somewhat busy and i had my own tunes playing.
Other times, i just turned off the speakers so i could have silence while i read the listing.
So, i can see your point, yea.
It could be annoying.
I once jumped and almost spilled some juice on myself because the music was so loud and i had no idea from where it came.

However, it's an easy way for a girl to show "who" she is, in a way - a little added info, if you will. Also, to sort of, create a mood.

The mix i've created is a nice one, i think. It's 28 minutes long (maybe too long, yes).
It starts of with nice acoustic guitar harmonics (sounds like soft bells chiming). If you don't know what harmonics are, go to youtube and search for "Yes - And You And I - studio version". Those are acoustic guitar harmonics at the beginning of the song.

And none of the music i've selected is of that rappy, hip-hoppy techno genre. Not that there's anything wrong with those genres but they just don't describe or represent me or my head space. I am more of classic-rock sort of girl. I even included a Tom Jones song from the 60's. Yes, (laughing) Tom Jones

, and if anyone wants to suggest that 60's music indicates my age, just consider, please, that i, also, enjoy many of the number 1

"hits" from W.A. Mozart and J.S. Bach, as well. That doesn't make me hundreds of years old - now does it?

Back to the volume aspect.
I was, also, thinking of using a low volume so it wouldn't cause any heart attacks. And i was even planning to write a warning at the top of the listing, "BEWARE. My listing contains music.", so that people will know from where the music is coming.

Would that make it a bit more tolerable if the volume was lower and included a WARNING?

Theres a few different ways to put music in your webpage. Including shemalecanada as it allows html codes.

If you are picking something from youtube. Youtube has already set something for you in their "html embed mode".
Copy and paste it in to your shemalecanada. You may customized the sizing, changing the "width" & "height" within the html code

Another method again is through html.
Take for example.. if you like to pick a song of your choosing. A great website to go to is www.mp3skull.com
It has plenty of selections of music uploaded by others in that website. Free of download..ringtone and even just for listening at home.
Now this is the step. It might get a little confusing if you are not used to codes, but its very simple.

Place this html code within your shemalecanada page : "
Now go to mp3skull. or any music website that you can download music to.
Go to the "download" tab, right click and copy "link address".

Now paste the "link: into the code i put above inbetween the quotations.

So for example...i grabbed this song "http://a.tumblr.com/tumblr_ljdvcbDIsN1qhk4f9o1. mp3" from Mp3skull which is an OST from a Zelda game.

If i want to put that song in my page.. i would put the html audio code wit this mp3 url in it..

http://a.tumblr.com/tumblr_ljdvcbDIsN1qhk4f9o1.mp3">

Now the height and width are there, so basically you will get a box. You may change it to 0 if you wish the box to be invisible in your page.

However if you used that audio html. Make sure the music url you are about to paste in it...ends with "mp3.

If you want to put your own mix. Make sure you upload it and convert it to mp3.

Although those are the basic ones. Theres plenty more out there, if you know and use the html codes properly.

You may upload youtube videos now longer than 10minutes. So if you want, you may upload there and use the youtube embed code.
There is another html code i know that when you place youtube in your page, i can do autoplay. That is if you want to use youtube.
If you need any help, msg me away. ill try to help you with your audio codes. There are plenty of codes. You just have to pick which one fits the best for you and your site supports.

Yes, it is the initial unexpected blast that shocks you, myself and others who do find the music so upsetting.

Why not set it up so that Music Off is by default followed by a description of your beautiful audio file right at the top with a Play my Music button so afficionados can turn it on if they so desire?

You cannot change the volume in an audio unless the artist had recorded the piece 100 meters away from the microphone. :P Then it sounds distant.
But yes, you can put videos and music with the "stop and play" setting. But i assume the girls put her music there just to add some flair to her page.
I myself is making a new website right now with a song in it. BUT its not blasting. Its quite soothing actually. My favorite orchestrated piece from one of my favorite video games! It is autoplay, but theres an icon on top to stop it. But... trust me... the song is bad ass.... in a soothing way of course. LOL

I can pre-adjust the volume in the mix, myself.
I just hope the website doesn't boost the volume for me when i upload my (low-volume) mp3 to their site. I'll check out how it goes.
Afterall....we wouldn't want to cause Ray to have a fatal heart attack, or even interrupt locomotion's personal musical playlist, or get toban fired from his job (even though toban, that sneeky bugger, peeks at t-girls while working and risks getting fired from his job as the boss might be monitoring his keyboards keystrokes).

If i have some time to do this today before my "Mr. Wonderful" arrives, later on, it'll be up and running on shemalecanada.

What shall i do with my listing in tgirlforums' listing?...there seems to be a problem with the "update profile" function in that site so that i can't put the WARNING up in my listing.
