Just a personal opinion but I think "oversized" implants are unhealthy and unattractive. I have seen a number of t-girls

My surgeon actually convinced me to go one size larger then I was asking for as I was thinking full B-cup and he said I would be happier with full C-cups , which I am . I'll ask you privately first as I seem to have a knack for unintentionally rubbing people the wrong way here. Your comment on not getting the whole GAY thing has me scratching my head. What exactly did you mean by that?

I think once you get to D's ,especially with a slim or athletic body, this is the ONLY thing anyone notices about you. I've read that you can't fly with new ones for awhile. I wonder how long? Many girls get them done in other countries as our costs are just ridiculous.
