i drink, but in moderation and even if i got pissed every week, i may not get addicted to it (i used to in uni and even school, but that's incidental lol.) however, crack or other hard drugs aren't worth it imo.

Yes we are, I seem to have a problem with getting in depth with everything, if nobody hasn't noticed.
It's not really an addiction thing but everything I do or try I explore and research it to a ridiculous level.
I have never had any for years, but I am pretty up on the science around it.
Crack seems to be misunderstood and exaggerated, that it is something far worst that cocaine.

Started collecting stamps as a kid, out of hand.(anyone want to buy 100000 stamps?)
Collected Beer bottles and now I am at hoarder levels, had to stop.
I got into Skiing now I ski 40 days a year, mountain biking 60 days a year.
I like weed but I can also explain almost everything about it.
Alcohol also, I am not an alcoholic but I have written a book about beer and did several alcohol related papers in college.
Tried bartending, did it for 15 years.
Went to University to try it out, got 2 degrees.
Tried programming, did it for 15 years.
Flew to Thailand for a vacation 7 years ago, have been there 18 times since.

When I was around 18 I discovered Tgirls, and look at me now, out of hand.

Never had an urge to do it. Most people end up hooked on blow then move to boiling their coke and cooking crack, it's not like you instantly become a crackhead if you try it. It's definitely the absolute worst addiction in terms of consuming your whole life though. Heroin junkies can still function while a crackhead basically only cares about the next hit and how to get it. Oddly enough you can get off rock in just a day or two, just remove yourself from that scene and stop using and that's it, addiction over pretty quick.

Lot's of crack addicts also use meth to get off their $200day habit because they get the same sort of high and it lasts longer than 10mins, and is cheaper. Never done meth either, but knew plenty of users.

I tried it once. It is very addictive. I could not stop thinking about it for 2 years. I saw what it did to people- the crackheads who were wasting their lives, so was able to resist. DO NOT TRY IT!!!!!!

Before crack and even still today Rock Cocaine or freebase cocaine has been extremely addictive..

While cocaine isn't chemically addictive like nicotine, alcohol or heroin for example is it psychologically addictive and very much so..

Smoking rock cocaine is equally or more addictive than injecting it..

I've never heard of people trying it and then never doing it again..

I've seen it destroy people and literally leave them dead..

Yup, I agree if any drug/alcohol becomes addictive YOUR SCREWED because it causes permanent damage to body and brain. Thats what the problem with drugs and alcohol is. Should be taking in moderation or very low amounts or none at all if illegal. Sure its a mind out of body experience but if taking in alot especially extremes, yor screwed. I wonder in the future if there'll be a way to be on the effect of a mind altering drug without the poison going through your body and blood stream therefore leaving no possible damage? Maby there'll be a drug that just goes to your brain only without going through your body and gives you a high but then evaporates or disintegrates 100% leaving no possible damage to brain. Seems impossible now so i'd say have a coke-a-cola with a pizza instead and hold the mushrooms.....maby 1 mushroom?, errrrrr nah. But don't hold the butt or C- WOW!!!-
