  • Are These Specific Miscellaneous Sexual Activities/Moves Low Risk or High Risk?

Hi, I'm a first time poster. I decided to post this after a recent encounter I had a with a ts escort on a trip to NYC, where we were very safe for the most part, but there were some 'miscellaneous' moves, if you will, thrown in there, that I have done before with girls and tgirls, but I have never been absolutely sure about their safety, especially when combined...a lot are considered low-risk in std resource sites that I have checked, but I'm still not sure, and wanted to ask here--of course it's better to be 100% sure beforehand but it's a bit complicated....anyway here's the deal...

First of all, I DID use a condom even for when I got a bj and for when i penetrated her. So far so good. I did not blow her or get penetrated.

But, throughout the session there was extended, EXTENDED dfk. At the beginning, our dicks came into contact briefly, before there was any fluid or anything. Later on, I was fingering her ass, she was jacking me off (before the condom went on and later when I jacked off onto her chest). And, while I was penetrating her, she came on my stomach, then I continued to fuck her and kiss her more in that position. Then after that, she wiped the cum away, and washed her hands, but I did not wash mine (I do not think my hands ever came into contact with her cum) And then later on, I jacked off onto her chest as I mentioned. It is important to mention that I always fingered her ass with my left hand, my right hand was what I used on myself and sometimes for stroking well her before she came, but you'll tell me whether I'm just naive in thinking that this gives a significant measure of protection.

OK! So there's the play by play...I'm gonna get tested very soon, should have a few days ago. Have not noticed any symptoms or anything, but I've been thinking about it. I guess a lot of my question boils down to the french kissing and penis contact, first of all, and also whether some 'low-risk' activities like fingering can become high risk when combined with other things, or through a series of touches that includes me jacking off at the end. Also, I can't be 100% sure that none of her cum never ended up touching my right/jacking hand, I mean I could have touched my stomach with it by mistake, I don't know. Or is it just not that easy for most std's (both the bad ones and the really bad ones) to transfer this easily?

Yikes, sorry about the length, I just wanted to make sure the details were in there. And perhaps any info on this will be informative to others too I hope. Yeah, I'm kind of paranoid sometimes in general, but for this it's probably good to be at least a bit paranoid.

The reason there are medical care givers is to diagnose and treat ailments of the mind and body. Supporting health care professionals in their cause, is ourselves . By being mindful of and practicing without fail, proven methods of personal hygiene , most if not all of your concerns would be eliminated. The simple remedy, known for centuries by reasonably intelligent people, is "soap and water". Frequently washing one's hands is the first line of defense against infection. If you find this response a little caustic and unhelpful you can imagine how I viewed your question.

OK, I understand your point about handwashing, and sorry to you if my question sounded dumb...but I still nevertheless wonder about my risk factor with the series of things I described. And if there's a risk factor for HIV then I'd probably avoid sexual contact for the 3 months that it would take to get an accurate test. After reading the thread below about HIV I was just thinking about this stuff. But maybe that is just being way too paranoid with the activities described above and it is only 'lesser' infections that would be a possilbility if at all.

I guess there are tons of lurkers in this forum with over 100 views of this thread, and 1 response....but I'm not one to talk at all, since I was a lurker too until I asked about this.

It is not only HIV you must concern your self with but also Hepatitis A,B and C.
You can be vacinated for Hep A and B but Hep C to my knowledge has no vaccine or no known cure
This is the main reason why some escorts discourage kissing on the mouth.
Ofcorse abstinence is your best defence against any such STD's, but we are sexual beings and so proper use of condums greatly reduces the risk.
This holds true for both oral, anal and vaginal
Play safe and everyone has fun
and I would be very cautious being with someone who suggested otherwise ( but thats my own personal opinion )
In the end you have to live with your desicions
Oh and a blood test only pertains to the previous 3 months. If its been a month since that test you wont have any idea until your next test.
Look how a person lives and behaves
If they maintain themselves and their living space. Abide by safe sex practices and go for regular check ups you will feel much more confident and most likely safer in your choices.
Get your Hep shots and use a condom and avoid kissing on the mouth
        thats my $0.02
