Yes, in Toronto. Although I believe she's since been transferred to female prison. But even in a segregation cell I'm sure it would be pretty scary situation no matter how funny you try to make it. (She's a pro comedian) I've been waiting for one of the ladies to start a thread on this. I will watch and continue to learn, expand my horizon.

Your gender expression can be whatever you like. The Law and Medicine see two sexes. Which is what is between your legs. So unless you have had SRS, you go to whatever prison your genitals tell you to. Jail is tough, tougher on Pre-op Transwomen. My advice, stay out of it.

She has male genitalia so why then would she transferred to a female prison? A real flesh and blood ding dong on a female inmate in prison can conjure up a whole lot of problems in there also. Not only logistically but to staff responsible for her safety. Oh well, what to do....hummmmm

BTW..."stay out of jail" is some of the best advice anyone can give. I'm experienced...did a bit of time in military jail and a few years as a Correctional Officer in a min to max security jail. Neither one was much fun!

I tend to think that a female prison may be a more hostile environment for a TG woman than a male prison. As a lot of men will engage in other than hetero sexual activity while in jail and easier to pick the king of the range say "I want your protection" and be his bitch! No one else is going to bother you! In a female jail you are going to have the biggest ugliest female wanting you to do the same and if you don't swing that way that would really suck lol.

It is for this reason that I really adore the female to male transgenders because they reveal the stupidity in dealing with this whole issue. They look perfectly males externally and still have a vagina between their legs. So they should be in female prison.

And those butch babes have a pretty good time in prison...it's not "HARD" time as some might naively believe.
