I thought I would try to help out by putting together some key points that I found to be useful.
I don't get out much as I work vary hard and It would be awesome to have some kind of annual event, privet house party or BBQ for the members of the forum and their guests.

mainly as a perc for it's Toronto members even taking over a lounge for the event. Unfortunately I believe it would entail a lot of time to get it organized

1- Post time, date (No location yet)and general description
2- Members of the forum could Privet Message assigned administrator, organizer requesting invitation with a contact email and number of guest’s if any they wish to bring. Members escorting a plus one. all women welcome, TG and GG.
3- invitations with location.
The more you simplify the easier it will be for everyone.

As long as there is lots of booze and a fooseball table, I am there.

Fooseball and video games, love it.

There’s much more to promoting such a gathering than just advertising a date and a place.

This need not be complex. Just a palace a date and people. BYOB makes it easy

God only knows what or who you’re going to end up with in your venue. In particular, there must be some kind of control because otherwise you could easily find the venue swamped by an unexpectedly large crowd or it being swarmed with undesirable types

This could be fun, but ONLY if there are alot girls there. Thats the key. The question is how do we get girls to come? My suggestion is girls get $2 drinks all night and possibly a big prize is given to a girl in a raffle. To pay for this I don't mind paying a cover of $30/$40 IF I know there will be 15 or 20 of Canada's most beautiful Tgirls.

Well I will be the first one to admit to being cheap. may be part the reason I don't get out much. Bring you own booze would help to simplify the event for the organizer maybe all you would need is a
-case of water
-couple of cases of pop for the people that forgot their mix
-ice.
-I'm sure we can find some one to cook up some finger food. sorry I don't cook.

As cheap as I am a cover charge would help to cover the expenses.

Also thanks to Mia for being so active on this forum and stirring things up. you are the reason I have been logging on this past month.

That's what started this thread, on another thread we were chatting about the fact that Goodhandy's (or Club321 or whatever it's called now) has become more and more of a scam, with pressure to go to the private booths, and girls pressuring guys to buy them drinks then taking off. No one likes being treated like an ATM machine.

It's just an idea for a social gathering someplace of forum members to meet and greet ... without the "scamatorium" atmosphere of Goodhandy's.

The place I'm thinking about will be superb, i just need to talk with owner. Two screens with ps3, pool to play, swimming pool, backyard for bbq. I can invite 6-8 gorgeous t-girls for party.

Pardon me for being a party pooper but I do think it's a good idea! HOWEVER...there is nobody on this huge earth that "most" business associates to the ladies don't have their cocks in their hands already fantasizing! Thinking of the big score, walking around drooling, hoping to be involved in an ORGY! Eeny meeny mini mo catch a tranny by the....! And the mention of undesirables, WHOA NOW!! I find it kind of odd to think that these gentlemen who mainly see these ladies for sex of some type...and chasers...will be there for a burger, beer and fb. I for sure wouldn't want word out there for anyone else to attend...KEEP THEM OUT!! It might hurt my chances to have some real fun. I'm realist...call it human nature to take advantage of a situation, if you can.


I'm not talking about everybody BTW. I myself love sailer jerry spiced with ginger ale, or cold beer, and fb! I "used" to be pretty good. I would say Crag, Toban, myself for example could attend and act as a perfect gentleman. So oh yeah...it would definitely need to be a strictly controlled event.

In one of the posts it was mentioned that a gathering will be made at Mia's place. This is wholly unfair for Mia and there are many safety concerns here. This business is well know to attract many stalkers and psychopaths.

I have a respect for Mia and her decision to host. But, some of the wise members in here should have known better. The post which announced the event at Mia's place came out from a member who seem to be mature enough to know better.

Putting my "true" skepticism aside about applicability of the idea in the t-girl community, these kind of events are already taking place in the mainstream forums and organized in a professional way. In addition to TERB, socials are held in Ottawa through CERB, for example. Yes, they take alot of time to prepare and arrange.

Well i don't wanna make crazy, big, super mega event but just simple nice bright party. i already helped organize few meetups on deviantart and I'm pretty sure right now that you don't have to be an expert to make an awesomest meetup, aha.
I can't tell where it will be right now but i can assure it is awesome safe place and will be totally discreet. I just have to speak with the owner. I will ask payment for drinks and food and entrance fee. it will be probably on summer time so we could enjoy pool and bbq.
Unfortunately am facing my first problem - feud between 3 girl groups.

Date, place and names of girls will be announced month before meetup. Crossfingers i hope all will work out.
