When browsing the ads on ShemaleCanada, The girls can be on different pages when I'm browsing from day to day or week to week but a few stay at the end most of the time. For instance. Girl "A" might be on page 2 today and page 3 tomorrow and page 1 a week from now while girl "B" can stay on page 7 for a long time. Do the ads rotate or do the girls appear on page 1 when they make a change to their page and if they don't, they eventually end up near the end of the listings until they make a change to their page or is there some other reason they appear on different pages from day to day? Thanks!

So the listings are first order by these rankings.
This means shemales with good face pictures will show before ones without face pictures in the listings, always.
Second it is ordered by when they updated their profile.
This is the default view in the escort section, by last updated.
So what this means is the most recently updated profiles will always appear at the top of the listings.
Everytime the girls update their profile or pictures they will move to the top of the listings.
However the rule is they can only bump themselves to the top of the listings once every 24 hours.
So they may update more often but they only can move to the top of the listings once per day.
So you can always see the profiles updated daily will appear in the first few pages.
The less frequently they update, the lower they will tend to appear in the listings.
This will also indicate to you which escorts are more active and available.
So if you check the last updated date on their profile it should correlate to their position in the listings.
Essentially the most active float to the top.

I wonder if some girls would like the option of paying a small monthly fee (say $5.00) for the ability to get 'top listed' 2 twice a day, instead of just once.
Even if this gets one more client a year its way worth it.

If I sell bumps too cheap then everyone will buy them and it will just be exactly as today with more bumps but no one getting a real advantage.
Currently i have introduced the banner advertising where you can buy a banner at the top of the escort listings.
The more they pay for the ad, the more exposure (hits) you get.
I hate to change simple things like this but rather add things.
It is probably not advisable to mess with the things that made the site popular.
However i am trying to think of a fair way to adjust things.

How about allowing for ads that are not on the front page, to have the ability to change their status with a 'available now' feature that would be coupled with a time stamp.
So for girls who pay for this feature....when their ad gets buried, they can once a day, update their status. Their ad would visually show they are available....Their ad might say under their name:
AVAILABLE NOW
7 minutes ago
This tells men, that 7 minutes ago, they updated their status to 'available now'. The time stamp might expire after a certain time, say...60 minutes.In fact, you could have a selection of 'status' options for girls to choose, such as..
Available now
Bored
Not available
etc...
This idea allows girls who dont pay for this feature to still compete fairly on the front page, but those who do pay get an advantage on the 2nd 3rd and 4th pages, because they can visually update their status even though they may posted the ad many hours ago

Almost every ad says available 24 hours so really anyone who has updated in the last 24 hours should be available.
I suppose for the guys that are scared to call someone unless they know for sure they are there, this could help.
Other than Toronto you can narrow the listing down considerably by going to the geographical section of your choice too.
