Personally, i regretted to help her out.

I intended well to help out other trans..by even letting them staying in my house and do my best to promote their career if they are willing to do so.

Keena is on welfare and i thought she was going to go to university and do escorting to support her study

I helped others in the past and they tried to use me instead. Beggar mentality
But the case of Keena is the worst so far. She is abusive and physical and even using Knife to threaten other tenant

Now, she is still staying at my house, and we have to do legal action to kick her out

I hardly do this travelling and hooking cause I have someone in my life I just don't know why they attack me I'm such a good person my self and yes I started on the streets but I got off the streets and have a small apartment in Dorval Quebec and I don't know why some girls can be soo wack out

Some girls can be so wacky because they have mental issue. They might be used to be abused as a kid and now tend to be abusive as well.
Hormones and stress make this tendency more profound.

I have a tendency to help people, the good and the bad. Now, i learn my lesson well. There is no point of helping others who dont have heart anymore, or whose hearts are so dark and twisted and never feel grateful that they have been helped.

Some of them are professional liars. They are so good at lying and are used to tricking people for their advantages. I was tricked at the beginning, but not for long.

Anyway, life goes on.

I have to remain positive in order to keep my grand Europe tour successful.

I think many have been burned attempting to help some one down on their luck. Bravo to you's for continuing to lend assistance because there are those that genuinely need it and it just may prove to be the one opportunity that they need to turn their fortune around.

Thats insane Tia. I really hope you are able to get this situation dealt with and have some peace back at your home. No one should have to feel unsafe in their own home especially when lending a helping hand to someone down on their.

very true.

The moment i accepted somebody as a tenant, if something goes wrong, it takes so much time and effort to kick them out. Gosh...i have enough headache to be multiple properties owner. Keena's intention is to live for free as long as she can in my house, without contributing to anything. Not even helping the other tenant cleaning the house, pay the bills or mow the lawn. Very lazy and irresponsible. beggar mentality. Terrible
It is truly a mistake to accept and to lend a hand for her. Lesson learnt well

I wont invest on properties anymore, i will invest on boys in the future LOL
