There definitely is a wide variety of starting points and finishing line goals for t-girls/trans women.
Some are making a beeline for a complete transition that culminates in SRS and preceded or proceeded by the
feminizing effects of HRT & cosmetic surgeries, name & gender changes on official documents and IDs.
Others are content in the "t-girl/she-male" zone and for those involved in escorting and porn industry being that
"best of both worlds" combo is often the goose that laid the golden egg! So this would be as the X-Men series "Mutant
and Proud" not in a deformed sense but in possessing powers or abilities not seen amongst mortal men & women and
no need for a "cure".
To those involved in the sex/porn industry it is definitely an advantage to being comfortable with a more testosterone driven sex
drive and avoid the female emotions and views on sexual intimacy that come with being on estrogen and of course the "non-desirable"
physical effects such as genital shrinkage, decreased erections and ejaculations amounts. I have seen a lot of girls putting in their ads
"Off hormones now!!" to get a second look from guys who want the "hard entire session/never goes down" and "big loads" for swallowing sessions. Of course without hormones girls can be tempted to rely on dangerous procedures like silicone injections to accomplish the feminine curves, booty, and hour glass figure they want to achieve.
Each girl has their finish line goals and timeline to accomplishing those goals. No doubt many get detoured when their careers and incomes rely solely on their escorting or porn shoots. For me escorting has always been just a means to an end ,some sideline cash to pay for my transition expenses and trips to Mexico !! Doesn't pay my bills or my rent, etc so I guess that's why I can afford to mouth off and be opinionated at times lol. Also because I have always tried to maintain a social/dating life too so what I experience from that angle, good and bad, plays into some of my opinions and comments.
For me transition ends with living totally and completely as a woman and women don't have dicks! The t-girl/she-male stage maybe a fun fetish stage to pass through and fairly lucrative if a girl plays her cards right but in the end we all get "gendered" according to our genitals and biological sex even though we know and feel otherwise in our own minds and hearts. That may be slowly changing but definitely will be a long time before people who "clock" a trans person will say to each other "Oh is that a trans woman" rather than "Is that a guy/dude?"
