I did just that and you're right - it IS fun. They called me over a dozen times when I was there. One of those times I told the caller I was in the **** hotel downtown room ****. Calgary is a great city to live in and I have a lot of regulars there as well as a constant flow of new clients. I do quite alright. But why do I need to stay a prisoner at home in Calgary? It's summertime and I want to travel. It's a combination of a road trip and making good on requests to see me in places other than Calgary. I only do one tour a year, always in the summer. I might go to local places in Alberta at other times if it is worth my while but the big tour happens once a year.

You can't stop girls from traveling - it's a function of market fluctuations, local conditions, personal choices, and whatever else comes into play. Mostly, it's the "new face" effect.
