so wha hope is there out there for a person like me?

I've always been very timid in crowds, kind of shy, i'm fairly good looking, but have a hard time approaching people. I love the party scene, the music, dance. i get it. I'm definitely attracted to shemales, but have no idea on how to approach them or talk to them. i love the freedom of expression, and the life of the scene, but as an outsider, i really seems i am at a disadvantage.
i joined the boards hoping to learn more about what its all about, and so far it's everything and more than i ever expected.
it's not only about sex, i would also like to meet, or talk to people who have experience so they can fill me in on the ins and outs (no pun):P iwould like to know more, since i think there's alot we could relate to.
any blogs or faq's would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to learn alot reading the threads here.
Everyone is shy to and extent so don't think you are worse than most.
You sound like a fairly normal type.
There is a few clubs you can go out to and mingle depending where you are.
Often it is helpful to try things out with and escort, as they tend to be patient and understanding.

Thanks, i have been reading a lot of threads. and more than ever I'm feeling this is an avenue i wish to pursue. I just don't want to come off as ignorant or disrespectful. seems there's alot of cool people here.
