Despite having internal haemorrhoids for years I have never experienced any related problems or discomfort from anal penetration so I will agree with Tiana?s suggestion. I would suggest that being penetrated by something as smooth and well lubricated as you anticipate could not provide any more irritation to your bottom than that which will naturally occur during each and every bowel movement you may have, and especially when you may be experiencing a period of constipation.
I say, go for it! From my experiences, I?d say it is generally OK or safe but your experiences may depend somewhat upon whether the haemorrhoids are internal or external and whether they are currently problematic e.g. bleeding.
